Laid back and loaded with jokes, he’s the one cracking a smile while calling the shots. He makes the hard days easier, the long hours lighter, and he never lets the team go without support (or snacks).

As one of our fearless managers, Erin keeps the fryers sizzling and the flavors unbeatable. With a sixth sense for great food and a heart as warm as fresh funnel cake, he’s the guy behind our golden, crispy goodness. Whether he’s training the crew or perfecting the perfect batch, Erin serves up kindness and quality in equal measure.
Louella, Manager and Chef Tita
As one of our most seasoned pros, Louella keeps everything running—customers fed, crew fueled, and that line moving like clockwork. While we’re focused on filling your plates, she’s behind the scenes making sure we don’t forget to eat ours. And if you’ve ever been lovingly hollered at with a “SAME COMPANY!”… you’ve officially met our company auntie.

Kim brings warmth and joy to every customer she meets—always quick with a kind word, a thoughtful compliment, and a ready smile. She keeps things moving smoothly while making each person feel special, and she’s always the first to offer a helping hand.
Daniel, Teammate and Tidy Titan
The work area? Spotless. The supplies? Always in place. That heavy box nobody else can lift? Already in their hands before you asked. Whether it's a quick assist, a calm presence in chaos, or just knowing exactly where the extra tongs are, Daniel is silent hero that keeps everything together.

Seb is the guy making sure everything stays lit—literally. As the one wrangling wires and keeping our booth powered up, he's a vital part of our behind-the-scenes magic. Seb has a way of making even the most stressful moments feel lighter, and somehow, he always shows up exactly when you need a hand (or a laugh).

He might be new to the booth, but he jumped in like a seasoned pro—tag-teaming the fryers, chatting it up with customers, and stepping in whenever someone needs a hand. Friendly, eager, and always moving, he’s the kind of teammate who keeps energy high and spirits higher. From crispy fries to happy guests, he’s all about getting it right and keeping it upbeat.
Kamil, Teammate and Math Magician
One of our newest teammates, Kamil slid into the crew with lightning-fast math skills and a vibe so chill, you’d think he runs on cruise control. Need change counted, a price totaled, or three orders juggled in your head? Kamil’s already on it—before you finish asking. He’s low-key, cool under pressure, and always the first to lend a hand, no matter what’s happening around him.
